• Medical Guardian is seeking enthusiastic and compassionate sales professionals. • This is not a cold calling job! • Extensive Marketing team drives new, highly qualified leads. • This position is fully commission-based with uncapped earning potential! • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls every day with urgency, care and expertise. • Properly utilize the provided hardware and software. • Exhibit a high standard of personal and professional ethics. • Enact a strong work ethic to complete or exceed handling of at least 75 sales calls. • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.

Requirements

• A passion for generating (call center experience preferred). • Utilize rapport building to best meet the needs of the customer in the most sincere and ethical manner. • Display a competitive spirit to meet and exceed company wide and personal sales goals. • Satisfactorily complete background / employment history investigation and drug screening. • Computer proficient with the ability to multi-task.
