Description

• Lead a team of account executives • Develop and implement a comprehensive account management strategy • Provide coaching and development opportunities to account executives • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics • Collaborate with cross functional teams to execute go-to-market strategies • Continuously assess and improve processes for the account executive team

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in people management or relevant leadership experience • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred • Proven track record of success in sales or account management roles • Strong industry knowledge and understanding of the corporate SAAS landscape • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work collaboratively and influence at all levels of the organization • Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights • Strong problem solving and decision making abilities • Results driven with a focus on delivering against targets
