Description

• Traditional surveys fall short in today’s world, which is why ThoughtExchange was built. • The platform powered by cutting-edge AI enables leaders to connect with their communities and gain immediate, actionable insights. • From school districts to Fortune 500 companies, ThoughtExchange empowers thousands of leaders with quality data to make a real impact. • Business Development Representative roles involve driving the sales pipeline by engaging with prospects, qualifying leads, and fostering impactful relationships. • Collaborate closely with Account Executives and represent the company at events. • Ideal candidates are motivated self-starters ready to contribute and grow in a dynamic environment. • Interviews will not start until January 2025 due to upcoming holidays.

Requirements

• 1+ year of customer-facing experience, preferably with demonstrated success in selling or building pipeline. • Proven track record of drive and ambition in previous roles. • Coachable and motivated by financial rewards and personal growth. • Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal. • Team player who loves working collaboratively with team members. • Demonstrated experience taking initiative and being independent in your work. • Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize to meet goals. • Able to travel to the USA 4-5 times a year for conferences/customer events.
