📋 Description
• Responsible for driving sustainable growth across our digital channels • Optimizing customer acquisition and retention strategies • Maximizing revenue for our online store • Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies • Manage and optimize multiple digital marketing channels • Execute DTC site strategy and optimizations • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation • Analyze campaign performance data and metrics • Collaborate with cross-functional teams • Optimize the customer journey • Manage the marketing budget
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in growth marketing or ecommerce marketing roles • Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central reporting & Analytics • Strong experience managing Amazon PPC, Meta and TikTok campaigns • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics • Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and marketing automation platforms • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and current industry trends • A highly analytical self-starter who can manage multiple projects and figure out complex problems without a lot of oversight • Ability to handle aggressive deadlines, prioritize work, and move fast in an often ambiguous environment • Positive attitude, reliable, transparent and enjoy working with different types of people • Excellent project management and communication skills • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
