Description

• Manage an assigned portfolio of partners, focusing on satisfaction, growth, and renewal • Serve as the main contact with partners’ leadership • Manage partner communication strategies and provide high-quality customer service • Achieve high renewal rate of corporate sponsorships • Manage the engagement and fulfillment of corporate partners in assigned portfolios • Ensure strong data and communications infrastructure to support corporate partnership program

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in strategic partnership management or transferrable skills • Minimum of 3 years managing corporate-focused partnerships, preferably in STEM, finance, consulting, or legal industries • Expertise in college access, college success, workforce development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion • Track record of success meeting and exceeding sales quotas • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team • High level of professionalism and excellent judgment in communication • Exceptional written and oral communication skills • Ability to navigate complex organizations • Highly organized individual who can prioritize short-term and long-term needs • Experience using fundraising or sales databases (knowledge of Salesforce preferred)
