Description

• The SDR manager helps recruit, onboard and train SDRs. • They will help them sell, coach them to hit KPIs and remove sales obstacles. • The SDR manager is the eyes and ears at the top of the sales funnel, making sure there are enough leads in the pipeline to make goals. • You will play a key role in the team’s growth by surfacing learnings from sales conversations, testing new data sources and sales processes, improving the quality & quantity of pros on Thumbtack and driving revenue for the company.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of cold-calling/outbound sales experience and 2-3 years of people management experience handling a sales team. • Expert at solution-based selling through aligning prospect goals, needs and problems to product solutions. • A collaborative attitude and the ability to share techniques and success with the team. • Experience with CRM and sales tools, preferably Salesforce. • An ability to multitask, stay detail-oriented, organized and available for the team during the shift. • Expertise in creating scalable processes and SOPs to enhance efficiency and drive results.
