Requirements

• At least 5 years as a full­-cycle recruiter in an organization in which hiring is a critical company strategy. • Demonstrated experience successfully identifying, selecting, and hiring highly competitive technical talent. • A proven track record of delivering results against hiring goals. • Mastery in the art of negotiation and closing talent. • Trust-earning approach which has enabled you to influence partners. • A life-long learners mindset coupled with a high intellectual curiosity. • Relentlessly passionate about building a business, not just closing a req. • Experience working in a fast-growing, ever changing organization. • The ability to thrive in a fully remote environment. • Overlapping experience recruiting for other domains such as Data Science, Product, & Design. • Exposure and background with Apple/Mac, LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, GSuite
