Requirements

5+ years of recruiting experience β€’ 3+ years of recruiting experience for a tech or high growth start-up β€’ 2+ years of recruiting in the defense industry or an adjacent industry β€’ Full lifecycle recruiting experience β€’ Experience with ATS tools, resume databases, internet sourcing tools, and spreadsheets β€’ Creative strategic sourcing experience
