β’ Develop and build strong strategic partnerships with existing and new business partners β’ Independent handling, strategic leading and development of the top accounts of Tiger of Sweden Central Europe β’ Full KPI and budget planning responsibility β’ Confident in business discussions (C-Level) β’ Collect and analyze sell in/out data, stock coverage regularly and act accordingly β’ Constantly identify new business opportunities to guarantee further business growth β’ Driving the in-store brand presence as well as ensuring excellent brand consumer awareness and connection β’ Aligning seasonal initiatives to the overall GTM strategy β’ Preparation, Coordination and execution of selling-in periods with each key-account as well as flow-ups to guarantee a successful order process β’ Market brand speaker for Tiger of Sweden menswear (collect market input from partners and team, prepare data driven analysis, speak-up for business opportunities) β’ Development of strong seasonal and stock-assortments for each accounts with a focused eye on selling performance, as well as brand identity β’ Maintain expert knowledge of products and competition products β’ Providing brand and collection trainings to partners β’ Work with marketing department to ensure that all accounts take full advantage of all marketing tools
β’ Bachelor degree or/and successfully completed apprenticeship β’ Professional experience in a comparable position and industries β’ Very good in creating relationships with general stakeholders at all levels of business β’ Strong negotiation, communication and problem solving skills β’ Analytical, numerate and strategic; ability to prioritize and plan β’ Willingness to travel and flexibility (60% of working time should be travel time) β’ Excellent German and very good English skills β’ Excellent knowledge in MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint)
