📋 Description

• Collaborate with Delivery Services and Operations team to analyze all Kiosk operations data. • Document processes and storyboarding all decks for both client facing and internal leadership review. • Identify requirements for Operations processes and reporting by establishing rapport with other employees. • Create new templates, prepare workflow charts and diagrams for knowledge creation and efficiency. • Assist in weekly status meetings along with monthly leadership touchpoints. • Strong financial analysis to assist with modeling and ROI calculation. • Maintain Deployment KPI’s to ensure optimal performance of teams and processes. • Protect operations by maintaining confidentiality of needed information. • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 – 3 years’ experience in related projects. • Strong problem solving and attention to detail. • Excellent storytelling and presentation skills (especially in PowerPoint). • Strong analytical/Excel skills for data and financial analysis. • Familiarity with Salesforce is preferred. • A self-motivated team leader with strong cross functional experience, emotional intelligence, and empathy. • A growth mindset and a love of data and insights. • PMP certification or similar Project Management certification is a plus. • QSR/Restaurant/Retail experience is preferred but not required. • Master’s Degree in Business, Technology, or Data preferred but not required.
