β’ Bachelor's degree in Business, or other relevant field, required β’ 5+ years of experience in B2B sales with a proven track record of success β’ At least 2 years experience selling into Higher Education, preferred β’ Proven experience prospecting and networking within solution-based sales β’ Proven success in new business acquisition with a lengthy sales cycle β’ Ability to work independently and in a team setting towards meeting established targets/goals β’ Ability to build rapport and relationships by interacting effectively with professionals at all levels β’ Highly effective organizational skills to implement a variety of programs to include, but not limited to: client dinners, webinars, and conference programs β’ Strong written and verbal communication skills
