Description

• Deliver net retention and growth: Ensure client satisfaction, retention and growth on accounts under your purview. • Create, maintain and execute on account plans across multiple media channels and Tinuiti solutions. • Broaden and deepen client relationships with day-to-day points of contact. • Develop deep understanding of the clients' key business and challenges. • Clearly demonstrate to clients how the account strategy delivers on the business need, with a focus on results and measurement. • Drive the development of cross-channel media plans. • Collaborate with the Pod Leader to make allocation recommendations across media channels. • Collaborate with the Pod Leader to identify opportunities to grow the number of Tinuiti solutions.

Requirements

• Experience managing 7-9 figure accounts in a digital media agency environment. • Proven track record of managing across multiple accounts and multiple media channels. • Ability to build relationships with client decision makers. • Knowledge of media channels, performance and KPIs. • Track record of growing and retaining assigned accounts. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Trusted advisor: You maintain strategic relationships with client stakeholders. • Inclusive collaborator: you are an active listener and advocate. • Strategic innovator: you counteract groupthink yet are skilled at gaining leadership buy-in.
