β€’ Develop & Execute Sales Strategies: Proactively engage and nurture high-value prospects across Former Customers, Cold Prospects, and Lost Opportunities. β€’ Manage Target Accounts Strategically: Collaborate with Closers to select and prioritize five high-value accounts per cycle. β€’ Lead Sales & Qualification Processes: Conduct discovery calls, assess ICP fit, and facilitate seamless handoffs to Closers. β€’ Align with Marketing for Content-Driven Outreach: Utilize case studies, webinars, and industry insights to enhance engagement. β€’ Track & Optimize Performance: Monitor sales activity metrics, refine outreach strategies, and maintain data accuracy in Salesforce. β€’ Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with internal teams to align messaging and drive revenue. β€’ Attend Industry Events & Conferences: Attend industry events to engage with prospective clients and build relationships.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 5+ years in outbound sales, business development, or digital marketing sales. β€’ Experience prospecting, qualifying, and engaging senior decision-makers. β€’ Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEM, SEO, Paid Social, Display, Streaming, etc.). β€’ Proficiency in CRM and sales tools (Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator). β€’ Excellent time management and self-motivation in a fast-paced environment. β€’ Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and intent data.
