Description

• Design and oversee Paid Search & Shopping program, including but not limited to strategy development. • Campaign Launches: keyword & ad copy development/expansion/testing. • Budget Management: manage daily budget tracking process. • Bid Management: implement bid rule strategy and optimization efforts. • AB Testing: actively work to test keywords, ad copy, & landing pages. • Owning client service: must be capable of communicating with clients with minimal oversight. • Remain up to date on the latest developments in Google/Microsoft Ads landscape. • Mentor and effectively delegate tasks and responsibilities to junior members on the team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of related work experience in Paid Search. • Executive-level presentation experience with a strong ability to communicate campaign strategy, performance, and recommendations effectively. • Hands-on experience in managing monthly campaigns budgets $250k+. • Advanced computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and Google Sheets/Docs. • Google Ads (Fundamentals & Advanced) Certifications, additional certifications a plus. • Experience working in Google Analytics/ GA4.
