📋 Description

• Responsible for facilitating the development and growth of key customer relationships • Serve as point person for Client Success Managers to implement large-scale projects • Assist with incoming client questions, facilitate meetings, coordinate client training • Build client event pages and reserved seating maps • Generate sales and post-event reporting for clients • Document feature requests and communicate with the Product team • Coordinate client event equipment and staffing requests • Respond to client requests and communicate concerns to the appropriate channels • Work on other implementation or support projects as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of live events experience in ticketing, box office, operations, or related roles • Proven track record in account management with understanding of event operations, event marketing • Excellent communications, verbal, written and ability to deliver presentations or trainings • Exceptionally professionally positive attitude, proactive and responsive • Experience with CRM software like HubSpot, Slack, Notion, Google Suite and Excel/GoogleSheets • In-depth knowledge of client relationship management strategies
