Description

β€’ Responsible for facilitating the development and growth of key customer relationships β€’ Serve as point person for Client Success Managers to implement large-scale projects β€’ Assist with incoming client questions, facilitate meetings, coordinate client training β€’ Build client event pages and reserved seating maps β€’ Generate sales and post-event reporting for clients β€’ Document feature requests and communicate with the Product team β€’ Coordinate client event equipment and staffing requests β€’ Respond to client requests and communicate concerns to the appropriate channels β€’ Work on other implementation or support projects as needed

Requirements

β€’ 2+ years of live events experience in ticketing, box office, operations, or related roles β€’ Proven track record in account management with understanding of event operations, event marketing β€’ Excellent communications, verbal, written and ability to deliver presentations or trainings β€’ Exceptionally professionally positive attitude, proactive and responsive β€’ Experience with CRM software like HubSpot, Slack, Notion, Google Suite and Excel/GoogleSheets β€’ In-depth knowledge of client relationship management strategies
