• Drive account retention and build relationships that matter. • Lead post-sale engagement and build trust. • Manage accounts from onboarding through campaign completion. • Act as the voice of clients within TLDR. • Work closely with creative team for ad content. • Identify upselling opportunities through TLDR’s unique advertising options. • Collaborate with sales, ops, and creative teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Account Management or Sales experience in the media/advertising industry • Strong relationship-building skills, with a talent for handling complex client conversations and finding win-win solutions. • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals. • High EQ, empathy, and active listening skills to better serve clients. • Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous, fast-paced collaborative environment
