Description

β€’ Drive account retention and build relationships that matter. β€’ Lead post-sale engagement and build trust. β€’ Manage accounts from onboarding through campaign completion. β€’ Act as the voice of clients within TLDR. β€’ Work closely with creative team for ad content. β€’ Identify upselling opportunities through TLDR’s unique advertising options. β€’ Collaborate with sales, ops, and creative teams.

Requirements

β€’ 2+ years of Account Management or Sales experience in the media/advertising industry β€’ Strong relationship-building skills, with a talent for handling complex client conversations and finding win-win solutions. β€’ Comfortable working with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals. β€’ High EQ, empathy, and active listening skills to better serve clients. β€’ Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous, fast-paced collaborative environment
