β’ Manage complex and dynamic calendars of the CEO β’ Organize travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, transportation β’ Draft, edit, and review correspondence, reports, presentations β’ Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and stakeholders β’ Monitor and manage communications channels for timely responses β’ Organize and manage executive-level team off-sites β’ Lead or assist with special projects as directed by the executive team β’ Coordinate and manage All Staff meetings and org-wide calendars
β’ Minimum 5 years of experience providing executive-level administrative support to senior leadership, 2 years of which must have been within a fully remote workplace. β’ Proven experience in handling confidential information with discretion and sound judgment. β’ Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. β’ Experience coordinating travel and associated expense management β’ Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with experience drafting and editing documents for senior executives. β’ Experience working in nonprofit and values-driven organizations β’ Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and shifting demands. β’ Ability to consistently hold and prioritize multiple tasks, calendars, and projects. β’ Ability to effectively manage competing priorities and deadlines β’ Highly proactive and resourceful, with the ability to anticipate executive needs β’ Ability to confidently navigate in a remote workplace β’ Strong interpersonal skills β’ Strategic thinking and agile problem-solving mindset β’ Capable of working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team β’ Strong proficiency in Slack, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Asana, Airtable, and macOS
