Description

β€’ Answer incoming calls to the department via the automated call distribution center or direct line and provide callers with needed assistance β€’ Provide callers with training and troubleshooting support to address problems or concerns β€’ Respond to email messages and chat requests and work with customers to resolve issues β€’ Document all calls and interactions including emails and chat requests in the Call Center database β€’ Arrange for product repairs when necessary β€’ Update customer demographic or personal information in the database β€’ Escalate problems/issues to the Technical Support Supervisor when warranted β€’ Perform various other tasks as assigned

Requirements

β€’ High School Diploma β€’ Associate Degree in Information or Computer Science preferred β€’ 2-3 years of technical experience β€’ Previous Call Center experience a plus β€’ Fluent in Spanish or French a plus β€’ Wired ethernet connection, quiet work environment required
