📋 Description

• We are seeking a proactive and skilled Web Support Specialist to help maintain and improve our global online presence. • In this role, you’ll ensure websites remain up to date, address technical and content-related issues, and work closely with cross-functional teams to keep stakeholders informed of progress. • You’ll focus on problem-solving, learning new web technologies, and maintaining a customer-first mindset. • This position is well-suited for someone who values a fast-paced environment, clear communication, and delivering reliable web support. • As a Web Support Specialist, you will be responsible for: • Daily Maintenance Support: Provide professional, day-to-day support for all incoming website maintenance requests, ensuring timely updates and issue resolution. • Website Updates: Perform content edits, page builds, proofreading, and testing to maintain site accuracy and quality. • Process Improvements: Suggest and help implement ongoing improvements to workflows, tools, and methodologies. • Stakeholder Education: Inform and guide internal teams on web features, troubleshooting steps, and best practices to promote efficient use of site capabilities. • Root Cause Analysis: Investigate and diagnose technical issues, escalating more complex problems to developers as needed. • Task Clarification and Scope: Collaborate with project managers to clarify requests, define task parameters, and confirm readiness before execution. • Sprint Coordination: Prepare and coordinate maintenance items for upcoming sprints, prioritizing critical issues and ensuring timely resolution. • Documentation and Procedures: Create and maintain standard operating procedures, supporting requirement gathering and auditing, as well as analytics monitoring. • Debugging and Performance Insight: Assist with debugging, validate incoming requests, and offer guidance on improving site performance metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working with web content management systems (CMS) • Experience with Salesforce (CRM) • General knowledge of Azure • Savvy with Microsoft Office suite • Working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) tracking methods and reporting • Ability to gather requirements, scope and communicate tasks clearly • Strong communication and documentation skills • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deliver solutions • International travel 10%
