• Contacts existing, lost and new customers in order to sell our portfolio of services • Qualifies sales leads • Analyzes customer data • Makes 15 or more sales calls per week and this includes sales leads • Problem solver – listen to the customer, understand their challenges and work with Management to solve their issues • Engages with Sales team when a new business opportunity requires additional support

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Sales Support, Sales Admin or Sales experience • Education: GED or High School Diploma, AA degree preferred. • Commercially focused & result orientated • Strong analytical skills and sensible to market trends • Knowledge of sales process in global freight forwarding • Knowledge of global freight forwarding operations and markets
