Description

• Tonic is expanding our Enterprise sales team to take us to the next level of growth. • This is a unique opportunity to be a part of an early stage startup with fast growing revenues. • You will be a key part of a small and growing sales team. • Prove you can close deals and we will build a world class lead generation machine around you. • Source, nurture and qualify new leads - and close new logos. • Develop and implement sales processes and machinery that can scale up as the sales team grows.

Requirements

• Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role • Experience selling technical products in DevTools, DevOps, Security, MLOps, and similar markets • Confidence selling to leadership in AI, engineering, security, or similar technical VP/C level decision makers • CRM proficiency (we use Salesforce) • Strong written & verbal communication skills, and demonstrable confidence with technical topics • Curiosity and a willingness to learn quickly, work hard, and achieve the goals set by the team • Teammate mentality, easy to work with, creative and quick on-the-spot thinking • Demonstrated leadership experience with a get-stuff-done attitude • Bachelor’s degree
