β’ You will sell our dealer ecommerce platform and/or customer portal to newly prospected dealers so they can more effectively sell materials to their customers. β’ You will prospect and find new key accounts within your region through leveraging your existing network or utilizing sales tactics to penetrate new accounts. β’ Build a healthy sales pipeline by booking meetings and conducting in-person and online demos. β’ You will be comfortable using a variety of prospecting tools; such as, sales automation, phone, email, LinkedIn, and unannounced visits. β’ You will be able to quickly and confidently identify and reach decision-makers and be comfortable talking to Owners, VP's, C-suite of key Dealer Accounts. β’ Build solid relationships; qualify additional potential; schedule sales/demo appointments for dealers stemming from our national partnerships and inside sales leads. β’ You will be comfortable with cold prospecting over the phone and strong presentation skills in face to face meetings. β’ You will have a natural knack connecting with others while also conveying a strong value proposition for the dealer and TOOLBX. β’ Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the complaint, determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem. β’ Maintain dealer records by updating account information Salesforce.
β’ 5+ years proven sales/account management track record. β’ Experience in construction and specifically the LBM industry. β’ Experience selling ecommerce platforms or comparative SaaS solutions to our industry would be an asset. β’ Exceptional ability to multitask through various communications channels, CRM (Salesforce), chat, phone, email. β’ Ability to be proactive and oversee/overcome upcoming challenges. β’ The ability to make hard and fast decisions within a data driven environment. β’ Ability to work in collaboration with other cross functional teams. β’ Bring your enthusiasm, work ethic, and A-game to work every day. β’ Are proficient in the English language, both written and spoken. β’ Be professional and represent the company in the best possible manner at all times. β’ Experience in coaching and upskilling team members. β’ In-depth knowledge of various sales methodologies with the ability to put theory into practice.
