You are expected to prospect and conduct discovery to understand customer needs in depth then effectively pitch the Torch solution and work to onboard customers onto the Torch platform. You will own your own territory and have significant autonomy over day-to-day decision-making, and you will have the opportunity to grow into a strategic role with organizational ownership.
• Remote role - Must reside in East Coast or Central Time Zones • If located in NYC - hybrid model • If located in Austin, Texas - hybrid model • 1-3 years of professional sales experience, including conducting outbound prospecting and demonstrated success in closing new business • Experience selling into small and midsize businesses (e.g. doctors, restaurants, bars, etc.) • Excited to conduct 90+ cold calls while in ramp, 60+ cold calls once ramped • Ability to ask thoughtful questions, listen actively and empathize with the buyer • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quota • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to learn quickly and become a subject matter expert
