Description

β€’ The role entails understanding customer requirements to position the product to meet those needs. β€’ Responsibilities span the entire sales life cycle, encompassing education, implementation, and providing input on application functionality, technology, and delivery. β€’ Foster strong and proactive relationships with key stakeholders (Business and IT) on the customer side. β€’ Conduct training sessions for clients on the effective use of our AI products. β€’ Identify opportunities for upselling additional services or features to existing clients. β€’ Provide ongoing technical support to clients, addressing and resolving any issues promptly. β€’ Conduct regular check-ins to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement. β€’ Collaborating with the sales team, product development, and other departments to deliver solutions to customers. β€’ Development and delivery of tailored presentations, demonstrations, and proposals that cater to the specific needs of partners and customers. β€’ Build , sustain and manage robust pipeline of opportunities utilizing Hubspot and employing effective pipeline management techniques and sales methodologies. β€’ Understanding & communicating technical specifics to internal teams and address & document enquiries.

Requirements

β€’ A minimum of 5 years of demonstrable experience in SaaS Enterprise Software sales, particularly in the AI domain, is required. β€’ Demonstrated strong emphasis on technical proficiency and relevant experience. β€’ Experience in Startup environments with Product Led Growth (PLG) strategies is very advantageous. β€’ Demonstrate a proven track record of successfully selling intricate software solutions and managing Proof of Concepts. β€’ Meeting sales targets, as well as effectively managing, supporting to close enterprise deals, are integral to this role. β€’ Exceptional communication and presentation skills that enable you to articulate technical concepts and value propositions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
