Description

•Respond to incoming calls from Toyota customers that are interested in our Personal Lines insurance offerings. •Prepare or review quotes and explain relevant reasons why we are the optimum choice for their insurance needs. •Place outbound calls to Toyota customers that are interested in our Personal Lines insurance offerings. •Review quotes that were previously created by the Toyota customer and explain relevant reasons why we are the optimum choice for their insurance needs. •Sell Personal Lines insurance products to Toyota customers and achieve/exceed department close ratios for both inbound and outbound leads/sales. •Conduct thorough policy reviews based on the individual’s needs and appropriate risk management techniques to offer the best options for insurance needs. •Customize quotes and sell insurance products as requested by the Toyota customer.

Requirements

•Property & Casualty License or Personal Lines License required. •Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience. •Confident, self-starter who works well independently and is driven to be amongst the top of the sales agent group. •Must be motivated, driven to sell & possess strong verbal and written communication skills. •Must have great active listening skills and a customer-focused sales approach. •Strong ability to persuade and influence others, overcome objections, close sales. •Minimum 2 years P&C/PL insurance sales experience required; prior call center experience preferred. •Experience with Agency Management Software and Microsoft Office experience including Outlook, Word, and Excel required.
