Description

• Track24 Limited is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to build and maintain relationships with key clients in high risk space • Responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding footprint within assigned accounts • Develop account plans and identify opportunities for expansion while ensuring customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Proven experience in strategic account management or a similar role within the B2B technology industry • Strong business acumen and ability to understand clients' business objectives and challenges • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and expanding existing accounts • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of an organisation • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills • Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally to meet customer needs • Experience in the SaaS or technology industry is preferred • Experience working in, or working with customers, in the high risk landscape
