• Help nonprofit organizations leverage Traction Rec to achieve their vision of success • Build relationships as a trusted advisor in sales • Drive sales to fuel growth of Traction Rec • Empower nonprofit organizations to strengthen their communities through technology • Support environmental and community causes through Pledge 1% • Manage territory planning and prospect activities
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 5 years in client facing B2B sales (SaaS specific experience a benefit) • A track record of successful quota achievement and successful in net new customer acquisition • Ability to build relationships with client leadership and establish trusted advisor status through strong business acumen • A passion for working with nonprofit or community organizations • Experience or strong interest in business application or CRM technology • Exceptional verbal and written communication • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills • Entrepreneurial mindset demonstrating collaboration and excitement to build a business • Proven proficiency in account/territory planning and account engagement strategies • Implementation of sales strategies and methodologies (such as MEDDIC). • Demonstrate success in fast-paced, collaborative team selling environments • Bonus points if you’ve spent time in nonprofit, community centers or Salesforce ecosystem.
