β’ Medical Intake Representatives are also known as Inside Sales Representatives and the face and voice of our company! β’ They will follow a sales process based on warm leads prompted by Veterans who seek assistance earning their disability benefits. β’ Our MIR team members deliver professional and discrete intake experiences to identify and educate Veterans and individuals with disabilities on our medical consulting resources. β’ This position is remote and based out of our Gainesville, Florida Corporate Office. β’ Our top sales professionals can earn $45K and more with incentives.
β’ Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future. β’ High school Diploma or Equivalent A.S. In Business preferred. β’ Two years of metrics-based telephone sales/client relations or account management in a high-volume customer environment. β’ Able to attend a six (6) week training. β’ Excellent communication and organizational skills. β’ Ability to follow and perform intake script while building rapport with clients. β’ Computer proficiency with MS Office, Google based documents, CRM, and proprietary software applications. β’ Achieve established daily, weekly, and monthly goals. β’ Manage veteran contacts through CRM to ensure proper notation of actions. β’ Effectively overcome objections and concerns to keep qualified veterans interested in getting our assistance. β’ Active listening skills on each call with the ability to retain information while multitasking through software applications including concise and accurate notation in CRM to complete calls in timely and efficient manner. β’ Minimum internet speed of 25 Download/10 Upload.
