Description

• Responsible for the execution of strategic plans as a premier provider of financial services • Develop management teams to provide superior service to internal and external customers • Coach and develop sales managers through regular individual and team interactions • Continually review and refine sales model to assure the relevance of customer facing solutions • Analyze, plan, and ensure implementation of product design and procedural changes • Manage compliance oversight of business operations • Identify ways to improve effectiveness and process efficiencies • Manage and troubleshoot customer expectations when there are escalated issues

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a business field or equivalent experience • Eight years of sales and sales management experience in the investment industry • FINRA Series 6, 63, 65/66, and 26 or higher (required to be approved to do business in all states) • Life insurance license • Leadership skills to develop and achieve sales goals and be a “change leader” • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Analytical, problem-solving skills, and decision-making skills • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and meet related deadlines
