• Zus is a shared health data platform designed to accelerate healthcare data interoperability • The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales of Zus Aggregated Profile (ZAP) to digital healthcare organizations • This role will report to the Head of Sales.
• At least 10 years of recent experience selling complex SaaS application software solutions within the healthcare industry, with a focus on enterprise sales to risk bearing entities, payers, health systems, and large provider groups • Consistently hit goals and exceed annual revenue targets • Deep understanding of the Electronic Health Record (EHR) and healthcare technology space, interoperability, and the Payer Market • Proven track record of acquiring clients, negotiating, and selling platform solutions to executives of healthcare companies • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization • Passionate about driving innovation and improving patient care, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences • Data-driven and action-oriented, with the ability to analyze sales data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive results • High level of integrity, empathy, and professionalism, with a demonstrated ability to build trust and rapport with customers • Self-motivated and adaptable, with a passion for driving innovation and delivering exceptional customer experiences • Willingness to travel and attend conferences as needed to represent Zus Health and engage with potential customers • Passion for improving healthcare in the US • Bachelor’s degree
