Requirements

• 5+ years proven track record of success in enterprise sales leadership • History in Government is a plus • History working in property of vital records is a plus • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a geographically dispersed sales team to achieve exceptional results • Deep understanding of enterprise sales methodologies and the ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans • Proven track record in forecasting • Strong business acumen and the ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to drive revenue growth • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships • Proven experience in negotiating and closing complex, high-value deals • Excellent written and verbal communication skills cross-functionally • Strong Salesforce acumen • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive informed decisions • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and willingness to travel as required
