📋 Description
• This is a remote position. • Software Support Specialist (2 Openings) • The Software Support Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for clients experiencing technical difficulties. • The Software Support Specialist manages and resolves complex client technical challenges. • Provides exceptional customer service and possesses an aptitude for learning new software applications quickly. • Identifies and resolves complex client issues through a QA or UAT environment. • Determines and resolves functional issues within browser-based software applications. • Documents comprehensive steps to reproduce bugs for efficient hand-off between departments. • Stays current with the dynamic product suite that has quarterly releases of new features. • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to facilitate the knowledge transfer. • Ensures client issues during onboarding are resolved efficiently.
🎯 Requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to manage multiple support cases • Exceptional analytical skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Proficiency in using a CRM/ticketing software • 2+ years of experience supporting SaaS products • 2+ years of experience in a technical support position • Demonstrated knowledge of SQL, DevTools, Kibana, RDP • Basic troubleshooting experience with APIs, AD, SAML, SSO
