Description

β€’ Conduct service sales, analysing client’s recruitment needs and creating an attractive service offering. β€’ Develop and implement sales strategies, monitor the achievement of sales goals and plans, analyze sales data and performance metrics, and optimize sales processes accordingly. β€’ Collaborate with Sales Development and Marketing responsible for the outreach to potential clients to help them optimize their lead generation strategies. β€’ Expand the customer base through active communication, participation in exhibitions, conferences, and other events. β€’ Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends. β€’ Prepare and present regular sales reports to the management, detailing achievements, challenges, and future plans.

Requirements

β€’ B2B sales experience in a German market is mandatory. β€’ Fluent German (C1), English (C1) β€’ Excellent communication skills, the ability to establish rapport, persuade, and establish long-term relationships with customers. β€’ Understanding of the company's services and the ability to convey this information to customers. β€’ Ability to analyze the market and product competitiveness. β€’ Ability to work in a dynamic environment and handle stress effectively. β€’ Proficiency in CRM software and Google suite.
