📋 Description

• Sr. Consultants for various and unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S. (HQ: Chicago, IL) • Oversee all analytics work, stream and mentor onshore/offshore data scientists • Collaborate with external client teams to ensure alignment on modeling methodologies, model validation metrics, actionable insights, and analytical/technical best practices • Manage multiple projects with a large cross-functional team • Develop next generation analytics for unified consumer-centric solutions that incorporate new data assets such as individuals’ identity data • Analyze big data sets to generate deep insights on media, market conditions, web navigations, and individuals’ propensities • Validate model results and package them into insightful client-friendly reports • Ensure rigorous quality control and detect anomalies in the model with new data stream • Drive and define cross-functional best practices ensuring quality delivery and processes to improve efficiency • Work closely with data scientists, consultants, and external clients to identify new insights • Implement multi-touch attribution models (MTA), marketing-mix models (MMM), and experimentation studies • Build analytics platform using MTA and MMM based on statistics, econometrics, and/or machine learning techniques • Participate in client meetings and lead analytics presentations • Responsible for Cross-functional leadership and implementing best practices • Mentor onshore and offshore junior data scientists

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Statistics or Mathematics or Analytics or related field • 3 years of experience in statistics or quantitative analytics • experience with machine learning techniques • quantitative analytics experience with marketing metrics and tracking • experience with Marketing mix modeling • digital analytics using Adserver and Web Analytics Logs • experience with multivariate regression, Ridge regression, clustering algorithms, time-series modeling, Bayesian statistics, segmentation modeling, data mining, simulation, optimization, forecasting • technical and programming skills for big data, online search, online advertising attribution and online/offline marketing optimization problems (SQL, R, Python, Spark, Matlab) • managing multiple projects (8-10) with a large cross-functional team • translating tech language (written & verbal) into easy to understand concepts for presentations to clients
