Description

• Develop and enhance relationships within independent agency system. • Solicit, negotiate, and sell technology business. • Coordinate services and distribution strategies to enhance local presence. • Execute sales strategies to meet profitability and production objectives. • Provide ongoing customer service delivery and problem resolution. • Generate marketplace information to identify and create competitive advantage. • Work with Regional Underwriting Units to solve product and service needs. • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Five to seven years of experience in underwriting and/or marketing in the insurance industry, preferably with technology business. • Strong knowledge of the property and casualty insurance industry and specialized knowledge of technology business. • Strong communication and presentation skills. • Solid sales and customer service skills. • Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships in the Technology segment. • IIA course work (CPCU, ARM, etc.). • Three years of experience in sales, underwriting, or a related field is a must have.
