Requirements
• Proven experience in IT operations, project management, and vendor management. • Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. • Familiar with SOC2 compliance requirements or other IT security standards. • Skilled in troubleshooting, providing employee support, and managing access requests. • Excellent communication and organizational skills with a keen eye for documentation. • Experience with automating IT processes. • Comfortable with managing both the strategic and hands-on aspects of IT operations. • Prior experience in a SaaS company or fast-growing tech environment and using AI tools is a plus.
