Description

β€’ Manage and grow a book of business, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand customer account value. β€’ Farm/source pipeline of current customer account expansion opportunities. β€’ Manage deals ranging in size and complexity from small upsell orders to strategic CRM/workflow opportunities. β€’ Achieve or exceed assigned sales and growth quotas through relationship building, consultative selling, and a deep understanding of customer needs. β€’ Leverage a consultative sales approach to solve customer problems, driving both short-term gains and long-term strategic growth. β€’ Understand the lifecycle of a customer and identify buying signals for potential growth opportunities by reviewing customer account history, Pendo notifications & reports, usage reports, etc. β€’ Partner with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to identify sales ready opportunities and key relationships to build. β€’ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless handoffs, onboarding, training, and product implementation, resulting in successful outcomes for the customer.

Requirements

β€’ 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, and/or sales in Healthcare SaaS or a workflow tool. β€’ Proven track record of achieving or exceeding quarterly and annual bookings quota with the ability to manage both long and short cycle deals. β€’ Proven experience managing a sales cycle and working directly with current customers on strategic opportunities to expand their product suite to solve for their specific business needs and goals. β€’ Experience with complex sales cycles, including negotiating contract terms with senior decision-makers. β€’ Demonstrated ability to build relationships and trust with customers while working alongside Customer Success Managers who own the relationship with the customer. β€’ Experience working alongside CSMs in a fast-paced SaaS or technology-driven environment. β€’ Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead strategic conversations with key decision-makers and C-Suite executives. β€’ A collaborative team player with a go-getter attitude, ready to tackle challenges and drive success. β€’ Self-motivated, competitive, and results-oriented with a passion for achieving targets in a fast-paced environment. β€’ Knowledge of the healthcare or post-acute care industry is strongly preferred. β€’ Familiarity with CRM software, especially Salesforce, is preferred. β€’ Experience selling software solutions, specifically selling CRM, EHR, or workflow tools, is preferred.
