Description

β€’ Responsible for driving customer loyalty, adoption, and successful implementation of Trellix Solutions. β€’ Consult with customers at all levels to articulate the value of Trellix solutions. β€’ Manage health and renewal motions of customer accounts, driving renewal deals from start to finish. β€’ Demonstrates product features beyond central functionality to help customers achieve business results. β€’ Holds responsibility for identifying opportunities and closing additional revenue from assigned clients.

Requirements

β€’ 7+ years of customer engagement and account management experience in a SaaS solutions company and/or an enterprise software/Cybersecurity industry is desirable. β€’ Strong customer orientation with the ability to manage complex projects and conflicting requirements. β€’ Outstanding communication skills and ability to collaborate cross functionally. β€’ Ability to build and maintain highly valuable and outcome-based relationships with a diverse customer account base. β€’ University degree or equivalent experience.
