• Strategic consulting and development of tailored HubSpot solutions for clients • In-depth analysis of business processes and identification of optimization potentials • Implementation and configuration of complex HubSpot setups, including integrations and interfaces • Building and optimization of automation workflows • Development and evaluation of detailed data analyses and dashboards • Training and coaching of clients in the use of the HubSpot platform • Close collaboration with internal teams and clients for successful project execution • Ensuring customer satisfaction through continuous optimization of implemented solutions
• Completed studies in business, marketing, computer science, or a comparable qualification • Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in HubSpot consulting or another CRM system • Deep knowledge of the HubSpot platform, • Experience in project management, preferably in an agency or consulting-like environment • Strong analytical skills and quick comprehension • High communication skills and customer contact experience on various hierarchical levels • Professional-level German and English skills
