• 8+ years of business development experience, preferably in the recruiting industry or similar. • Proven success in building and managing relationships with senior stakeholders and mid-level professionals in talent acquisition. • Experience in creating referral networks and client acquisition systems. • Strong understanding of the recruiting industry and market dynamics, particularly in Germany. • Leadership experience with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams. • Willingness to travel across Europe, particularly to Berlin but also to London and Amsterdam.
