β€’ Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for polymers in Mexico, aligned with company objectives. β€’ Identify and target new business opportunities and develop and qualify leads. β€’ Manage and grow relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and exceeding their expectations. β€’ Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring profitability and adherence to company terms. β€’ Provide technical expertise and support to customers and stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments. β€’ Travel throughout Mexico to meet with customers and attend industry events. β€’ Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, polymer science, business administration, or a related field. β€’ 3-7 years of experience in sales, preferably in the plastics industry or a related environment. β€’ Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth. β€’ Strong understanding of the Mexican plastics market and business culture. β€’ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. β€’ The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues. β€’ Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal. β€’ Experience managing a sales team (a plus). β€’ Travel flexibility.
