Description

• Responsible for generating revenue by managing customer relationships • Finding, developing, and closing contracts for software subscriptions and consulting services • Emphasis on managing customer relationships for growth and identifying new sales targets • Deliver coverage and focus on key product offerings • Gain access and meet with senior management and executive level decision makers • Manage all aspects of the sales process, monitor and analyze sales data

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 3+ years of experience successfully selling SaaS solutions • Track record of exceeding an annual quota of more than $500k • Exemplary presentation and communication across all levels of an organization • Advanced selling capability, customer relations, negotiation, and ability to close • Technical proficiency with Salesforce.com • Preferred prior construction industry experience and/or SaaS sales within the construction industry
