β€’ Oversee all Programmatic relationships for Streaming TV β€’ Create strategic plans around growing Programmatic revenue through partnerships with SSPs, DSPs and Technology partners β€’ Identify and present new opportunities for next-gen CTV/OTT proactive that are leading edge in the industry β€’ Provide operational support on all aspects of programmatic activation: account planning, execution, optimization and upsell opportunities with internal groups and support teams for key clients

Requirements

β€’ 5+ years of Programmatic experience from either a Publisher or Tier 1 SSP β€’ Previous Ad Operations experience is preferred β€’ Experience with CTV Ad Servers like SpringServe, Publica, Freewheel β€’ In-depth knowledge of advertising technology (oRTB, ad networks, media, ad serving, SSAI) and familiarity with the CTV and Streaming TV ecosystem β€’ Deep understanding of advertising campaign management, including strategies, tactics, execution, and reporting β€’ Demonstrated success at working with cross-functional teams and building strong relationships internally and externally β€’ Proven track record of client customer success, stakeholder management and ability to drive incremental revenue through operational efficiencies β€’ Strong quantitative aptitude with the ability to analyze campaign performance statistics and recommend optimized solutions β€’ Experience with STAQ, DV or similar platform preferred β€’ The ability to communicate effectively with internal and client-facing audiences β€’ Well-developed Microsoft Office product suite skills and advanced Excel and analytical skills required
