• Lead product vision, strategy, and execution for digital and media products • Shape content, distribution, and engagement strategies • Oversee product development from ideation to launch • Continuously improve user experience and align product offerings with goals • Define and drive product vision and strategy • Drive innovation in content delivery and user engagement • Lead and mentor product teams • Collaborate with sales and marketing for monetization strategies • Leverage analytics and user feedback to optimize product performance • Oversee product lifecycle from concept to launch • Present product roadmaps and results to executive leadership • Partner with teams for cohesive product experiences

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management in the media industry • At least 5 years in a leadership role within a media company or digital content platform • Strong understanding of media landscapes, including OTT platforms, streaming, digital content distribution, and audience engagement • Proven track record of leading and inspiring cross-functional teams • Knowledge of digital product development, including agile methodologies, UX/UI design principles, and emerging technologies • Ability to balance long-term vision with short-term execution • Strong understanding of analytics tools and a data-driven approach to product management • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
