• The Account Executive will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by managing the entire sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure. • This role will focus on establishing and nurturing relationships with prospective clients, understanding their unique needs, and delivering tailored solutions that address their challenges. • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical B2B or enterprise sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
• 5+ years of sales experience in technical B2B SaaS solutions, with a proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Experience selling SaaS solutions or software products in mid-market (deal sizes $10K to $100K range) is preferred. • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. • Strong understanding of the aviation industry and/or experience selling to aviation-related businesses is a plus. • Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles, navigate organizational structures, and build consensus among stakeholders. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively and influence decision-making. • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for driving business growth. • Fluency in English is required, proficiency in other languages is a plus. • Flexibility to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events as required.
