📋 Description

• As an Influencer Specialist, you will play a key role in managing relationships with TikTok creators and supporting the execution of brand campaigns. • Focus on sourcing the best creators, building relationships, and driving measurable success for both brands and creators in social commerce. • Establish, nurture, and manage relationships with TikTok creators. • Support the development and execution of influencer marketing strategies. • Source, evaluate, and onboard creators who align with brand messaging. • Monitor and analyze campaign results, providing insights and recommendations. • Collaborate with internal teams to align influencer marketing efforts with brand strategies. • Assist in creating and implementing long-term influencer marketing strategies. • Adapt to evolving challenges and priorities in a high-growth environment. • Maintain clear and professional communication with creators, clients, and internal stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Journalism, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications, or equivalent. • At least 2 years of relevant marketing experience, with a strong track record in strategic planning. • Strong interest in TikTok, influencer marketing, and social commerce trends. • Data-driven approach to planning and performance evaluation, ensuring continuous improvement. • Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities with minimal guidance. • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with the confidence to interact with creators, clients, and team members professionally.
