• Selling portfolio of services within the Engage suite to enterprise-market clients • Drive new business by acquiring customers and generating revenue within Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance vertical • Act as a trusted advisor to client prospects, demonstrating deep understanding of business drivers • Support all stages of the sales process, maintaining sales control and guiding teams to innovate solutions • Maintain competitive knowledge and focus, continuously grow and develop professionally

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years’ experience of consultative solution-selling experience with complex global outsourced solutions • Experience in outsourced customer care services or fraud prevention & detection solutions • Demonstrates strong new business acquisition and revenue generation with banking, financial services, or insurance clients • Track record of creating demand, building a robust sales pipeline, and closing deals to meet and exceed multi-year, multi-million-dollar annual revenue targets • Comprehensive understanding of the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting to closing, with a strong commitment to effective funnel management • Proven ability incorporating transformational technologies to improve efficiency and productivity while creating exceptional customer experiences • Expertise in cultivating strong client relationships by providing valuable, strategic insights and tailored solutions to meet business needs • Skilled in developing and delivering compelling proposals and presentations to key decision-makers • College degree or equivalent work experience
