📋 Description

• Tuesday Health launched in 2023 to deliver compassionate, supportive care for patients and caregivers navigating serious illness. • Deliver member-directed, whole-person care to seriously ill patients in our program. • Measure and forecast value-based contract (VBC) performance and understand drivers. • Use propensity matching to measure the impact of our interventions in different subpopulations. • Create leading indicators of contractual performance using real-time datasets. • Collaborate with Data Engineering team on datasets and underwriting process. • Support customer-facing analytics and reporting, summarizing impact and measuring attainment of SLAs. • Promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement as an individual contributor. • Identify data science and analytics use cases throughout the organization. • Collaborate with Data Platform team to manage assets in Tuesday’s data lake utilizing various datasets.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong proficiency with SQL • Strong experience working with healthcare datasets (e.g. claims, ADT/HIE) • 5+ years of experience working in healthcare analytics roles • Experience leading and managing analytics projects • Proficiency with one or more BI tools (Tableau, Looker, PowerBI, ThoughtSpot, etc.) (Nice-To-Have) • Proficiency with dbt (Nice-To-Have) • Proficiency with Python data tools (pandas, numpy, matplotlib, scikit) (Nice-To-Have) • Experience working in a cloud-based data lake / data warehouse environment like Snowflake or Databricks (Nice-To-Have) • Managing SDLC with git (Nice-To-Have) • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and certifications including HIPAA, HITRUST, and SOC2 (Nice-To-Have)
