Description

• The Division Vice President for Green Group, a Turf Masters Brands company, is responsible for overseeing the ongoing operations and procedures, driving sustainable growth, and enhancing efficiency and productivity across all departments of the Green Group Division. • Directs and leads management teams who clearly understand what is expected of their business and have a plan in place to accomplish the expectations. • Operates within the policies and procedures of the organization and creates an environment that motivates people to be successful.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) from four-year college or university, minimum of 8 years of related experience in the green industry, or equivalent combination of education and experience. MS/MA preferred. • Proven track record of success in a leadership role with at least 7 years of operations management • Experience working with cross-functional teams and driving organizational change. • Certificates, licenses and registrations as required by federal and state law. • Requires the ability to travel extensively within a defined geographic region.
