β€’ As a Clinical Trials Sales Associate, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities within the clinical trial sector. β€’ Your primary focus will be on establishing and nurturing relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and effectively promoting our organization's clinical trial services. β€’ You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of client projects and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. β€’ Key Responsibilities: Identify and target prospective clients within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device industries. β€’ Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share. β€’ Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at client organizations. β€’ Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our clinical trial capabilities and value proposition. β€’ Respond to inquiries, requests for proposals (RFPs), and other sales-related communications in a timely and professional manner. β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project management, clinical operations, and finance, to develop customized solutions that meet client needs. β€’ Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to identify new business opportunities and potential threats. β€’ Attend conferences, trade shows, and networking events to generate leads and promote our organization's brand.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business administration, or a related field. β€’ Proven track record of success in sales or business development, preferably within the clinical research or pharmaceutical industry. β€’ Strong understanding of the clinical trial process and regulatory requirements. β€’ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner. β€’ Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. β€’ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. β€’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
